2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Every shipment lifecycle consists of two standard stages:
- Order Processing Time (1 – 3 Business Days): Every item undergoes strict quality inspection, custom garment folding, barcode verification, and parcel dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will commence processing on the subsequent business day.
- Transit & Shipping Time (7 – 12 Business Days): Once dispatched to international air couriers, standard doorstep delivery generally completes within 7 to 12 business days across major destinations (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia).

3. Shipment Tracking & Notifications
Once your package is handed over to the courier, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your dedicated tracking number (e.g., YT..., 9400...) will be transmitted to your registered email address. You can monitor your real-time shipping milestones via our dedicated Order Tracking page or 17Track.
Carrier System Notice: Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking code for courier logistics databases to update scan points. If your tracking status displays no movement after 5 consecutive business days, please contact our support team immediately.
4. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address (including suite/apartment numbers). If you notice an error in your submitted shipping address, you must contact us at service@stylishmanstore.com within 12 hours of order completion. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses once dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For the vast majority of our retail shipments to the US and EU, items pass through standard customs without additional charges. However, any local import duties, VAT, or handling fees assessed by regional customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
